We had a wonderful time at Connell House. It is beautiful, really well set up for families. I don’t think there is anything the host has not though of. The littles touches they have added just made our stay there so relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

We were incredibly happy with our stay at Connell's House! It is superbly comfortable, beautifully decorated, warm, spacious, immaculately clean and has everything you can think is provided! We loved the spacious kitchen and the big table; the incredibly comfy living room with its soft couches, wonderful sense of space and cosiness. Each one of the bedrooms were glorious with utterly blissful beds. The garden and picnic tables outside are so lovely too. Fluffy towels, glorious shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, as much cookware as you could ever need, soft lights in every room, and a rapidly responsive heating system. Everyone had their own beautiful bathroom and a big deep bath for the restful soak! The creativity, consideration and intelligence, with which this house has been renovated is absolutely world class and we would love if Karla  would take on another such project and bring more of our precious heritage back to life! Second stay in this wonderful property, cannot recommend highly enough! Superb from start to finish, every time! We can't wait to return.

Connell's Barn was the perfect setting before our wedding. We had a wonderful relaxing few days in the most stunning setting. All of the little touches make the beautiful property even more stunning. Karla is the most attentive host and is super helpful from start to finish. She has some wonderful local recommendations that I would definitely suggest should be experienced. We hope to return here time and time again. What a hidden gem!

We traveled from the USA and stayed in many Airbnb’s. Karla’s place hands down was the nicest. Loved the decor, super clean, top notch everything. We had wished we stayed there the entire time.
