What our guests think

We had a wonderful stay at Connell's Barn. We had quite a bit of site seeing to do but ended up spending a good amount of time indoors because of how comfortable it made us feel. The place is well equipped, calm, and spacious. You’ll get to appreciate it even more, once you see the transformation it went through to get to what it is today (you can see that in the black book on the shelf by the radio). An amazing stay and highly recommended.

Lucy, France - Connell’s Barn

This house was out of the pages of a magazine! The entire space was beautiful with dozens of quaint and stylish touches. The furniture, the linens, the large windows bringing in light, the modern yet vintage looking appliances, every amenity needed to be comfortable…I can go on and on. The garden area outside the house was so beautiful with flowers, plants and a picnic table to sit. You can walk to the supermarket, bar and places to eat. Karla was exceptional with communicating and providing suggestions for places to eat and always available to answer any questions very quickly. I will absolutely stay here the next time I am in the Dublin area. Thank you, Karla!

Debbie, Canada - Connell’s House

We traveled from the USA and stayed in many Airbnb’s. Karla’s place hands down was the nicest. Loved the decor, super clean, top notch everything. We had wished we stayed there the entire time.

Carren, USA - Connell's House

We had a wonderful time at Connell House. It is beautiful, really well set up for families. I don’t think there is anything the host has not though of. The littles touches they have added just made our stay there so relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

Suzie, USA - Connell’s House

If you are looking for the perfect Airbnb experience this is it. The barn is beautiful and much nicer than the pictures. It is beautifully laid out and the extra touches were very welcome, such as locally made soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. As well as tea, coffee, biscuits and nibbles. I particularly loved the book charting the renovation of the house & barn. What vision Karla had to transform it to its current state. 5 stars all the way. Loved it.
